Terms and Conditions
Winning submissions will be selected based on their adherence to the following criteria:

Originality: The submission must be an original work; it must not have been previously published, nor derived from a Master’s thesis or Doctoral dissertation.

Exclusivity: The work must not have been submitted to any prior competitions.

Citations: Proper citation is required for every quotation and for all references utilized in the preparation of the research.

Similarity Limit: The text similarity/citation index must not exceed 20%, provided that the original sources are correctly acknowledged.

Applicability: The research must conclude with findings that offer practical applicability to the industry.

AI Disclosure: Any use of Artificial Intelligence must be transparently declared. This includes tasks such as summarization, proofreading, or the generation of graphics and analytical tables. The declaration must specify the tool used and the nature of its application.

Abstracts: Two executive summaries (abstracts) must be attached—one in Arabic and one in English—not exceeding one page each.

Personal Information: A separate file must be submitted containing the following details: o Research Title o Participant Name o Country o Mobile Number o Email Address o Affiliated Entity or Company

Eligibility Restrictions: Staff members of the General Secretariat of the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF) and the Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF) are ineligible to participate.

Participation Type: Submissions may be made individually or by a research team composed of up to three members.

File Format: All competition-related documents must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format.

Blind Review: Headers and footers must include page numbers and a short title. To ensure an unbiased review, the researcher's name must not appear on any page within the research document itself.

Declaration: Each participant must sign a pledge confirming compliance with the award terms and granting the Federation the right to publish the research in the Arab Insurance Magazine for the purpose of knowledge dissemination.

Deadline: Any submissions received after the deadline (June 30, 2026) will not be considered.
