To confirm participation in the conference and hotel accommodation, all required payments must be completed during online registration within 30 working days from the date of online registration
The registration is subject to the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation of all fees if the conference is cancelled by the GAIF35 Supreme Organizing Committee for any reason.
Free Cancellation of all fees if the participant cancels his/her participation for any reason before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
No Refund of any fees if the participant cancels his/her participation for any reason after 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
If the participant fails to pay the accommodation fees before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the Jordan Insurance Federation reserves the right to cancel their participation and hotel reservation.
The Organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure
or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Such events include, but are not limited to:
acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, earthquakes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, governmental actions or restrictions, public health emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, travel restrictions, venue unavailability, utility or infrastructure failures, or any other circumstance that renders the event impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or relocate.
If the conference is canceled entirely due to a Force Majeure Event, the Organizer may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:
(a) a full or partial refund of registration fees within 30 days of cancellation; or
(b) a credit toward a future event;
For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer shall bear no responsibility or liability for any costs incurred by participants in
connection with the event, including but not limited to travel expenses, airfare, transportation, accommodation, visa fees,
insurance, or any other related or incidental expenses, whether or not the event is canceled, postponed, or modified due to a
Force Majeure Event.
Where possible, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties promptly and to provide alternative
arrangements.
By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with Force Majeure Events.
The organizers undertake to refund any amounts paid by participants, as outlined above, within 30 working days from the submission date of the cancellation request emailed to GAIF2026Registration@JIF.jo
