The centre is managed by Hilton Hotels Group and is fully equipped with comprehensive telecommunications services and modern amenities.

The centre is located on the eastern shore of the Dead Sea, at the lowest point below sea level in Jordan, near the Sweimeh area. It is approximately 45 kilometers southwest of the Jordanian capital, Amman, and 65 kilometers from Queen Alia International Airport. The centre lies about 400 meters below sea level.

The centre is distinguished by a unique architectural style that blends Islamic architectural art with modern design. Its stonework and walls, in their colors and textures, reflect the surrounding Jordanian environment. Fully equipped with facilities and services that meet the requirements of different types of conferences. This has qualified it to be an ideal venue for hosting major events of the World Economic Forum, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations, and the Arab League Council Summit held in March 2017.
