Participation’s Facilities

The Conference participants will have access to the following facilities. 


For Delegates: 

  • Airport transfers
  • Transportation between Conference Venue & designated Hotels that mentioned in (Accommodation page).
  • Opening ceremony, cocktail reception and conference activities/ Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners.
  • Conference materials.

For Spouses:

  • There is a special program for spouses, which you can find on the link

Tour Desk

A tour desk is available during the conference to arrange the spouse tours, post conference tours and other excursions upon request.

Entry Visa Requirements

  • Passport and residency permit (if applicable) must be valid for at least 6 months from July 10, 2026.

  • The uploaded passport copy must be in color and include the two identity pages.

  • The processing time shall be no less than 14 working days, noting that the form submission will commence on July 10, 2026.

  • All sections of the entry visa form must be completed.

  • Visa application forms shall be processed only for registered participants and their spouses.

  • The entry fee to Jordan is 40 Jordanian Dinars, payable upon arrival at the airport. This fee is not covered by the organizer.

 

*If you have difficulties obtaining your visa, please tick the (I need help in obtaining the entry visa) option in the registration form and send copies of your passport and / or travel document along with the visa form

Hotel Accommodation

  • Special rates have been negotiated with selected hotels in the Dead Sea (near the conference venue) and Amman, as listed here. Please note that these rates are per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, and subject to applicable taxes and service charges in both Dead Sea and Amman. 

  • To ensure access to these preferential rates, participants must submit their accommodation requests by September 4th  2026.

  • Reservations made after this date will be subject to room availability and hotel rates.

  • Accommodation will be allocated strictly on a "first apply first-served" basis

  • Accommodation fees to be paid to the Organizers directly, and all other hotel expenses to be paid by the participant upon checking out from the hotel
